CLIENT SERVICES:
Each referring office has a dedicated Client Services team member assigned to them who will:

  • Coordinate all aspects of your service
  • Provide on-site training
  • Provide in-office support
CASE MANAGERS:
Every case is tracked through the lab by one of our experienced Case Managers who will:

  •  Verify all patient information
  •  Call back all critical value diagnoses
  •  Coordinate physician communication
